All of our burger is ground from one single animal, not co-mingled, and all premium primal cuts are included in our hamburger grind. We offer more than just ground beef and yak though – you can order wholes, halves, and quarters of both beef and yak, and you can come shop for individual pounds of ground, steaks, roasts, ribs, and more right on our ranch in Divide, by appointment.
