Our burger is ground from one single animal, not co-mingled and all premium primal cuts are included in our hamburger grind.
Ground beef is available all year long, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, by appointment only, as we are a full time working ranch. Please contact us to schedule your pick up.
Ground Beef – $7 per pound (1 lb packages)
Ground Yak – $10 per pound (1 lb packages)
These prices include brand inspection, harvest fee, all custom processing and packaging.
Yak is $9.00 per pound and a half order runs on average 300 pounds.
Grain-Finished Beef is $7.00 per pound and a half order runs on average 400 pounds.
Grass-Finished Beef is $8.00 per pound and a half order runs on average 330 pounds.
*All Whole or Half orders require a 50% deposit to PBJ Cattle Company.
